After-sales service policy of our company

After receiving payment from customers, the sales team should promptly reconfirm the basic requirements for machine configuration, voltage and frequency, accessories, and other specifications. A purchase order should then be sent to the workshop as soon as possible to minimize customer wait time.

Ensure that photos are taken before and after packaging. Reconfirm that the shipping list matches the purchase order and meets the customer's needs.

Upon receiving the bill of lading, prepare the packing list, invoice, and any necessary customs clearance documents as soon as possible.

Follow up with the freight forwarder every week, two weeks, or month (depending on the shipping duration) to check the latest route of the customer's cargo and inform the customer of the updated arrival time.

Remind customers to provide customs clearance information to the freight forwarder ten days before the goods arrive to prepare for customs clearance.

Contact customers to follow up on the latest progress of customs clearance and transportation. Remind them to check the packaging for any damage and to protect the packaging during transport to prevent damage to the machinery.

It is essential to contact customers to guide them on wire connections, usage, and precautions before and during operation.

Monthly follow-ups on after-sales service must be conducted, and any after-sales issues should be reported and resolved promptly. If after-sales problems are not resolved as required, the sales team may face warnings, penalties, or expulsion in accordance with company policies, depending on the severity of the situation.
