Structure of grinder
Feed port: located at the top of the machine, in a funnel shape, convenient for pouring grain raw materials.
Grinding chamber: This is the core component, with high strength and wear resistance. A high-speed rotating rotor is installed in the chamber, and multiple hammers are tightly connected to the rotor. Driven by the motor, it rotates rapidly, exerting a huge impact force on the grains entering the grinding chamber to achieve grinding.
Transmission device: includes motors, pulleys, belts and other components. The motor, as a power source, provides strong power, and through the transmission of pulleys and belts, accurately drives the rotor to rotate at high speed.
Discharge port: located below the grinding chamber, it is an inclined design to facilitate the smooth flow of ground grain powder.
Working Principle of Small Farm Feed Grinder
After the grains enter the grinding chamber from the feed port, the high-speed rotating hammers quickly hit them, and the grains are broken into pieces due to the violent impact. Then, driven by the hammers, the pieces repeatedly collide and rub against the inner wall of the grinding chamber and the screen, and continue to be refined. Finally, they are discharged from the discharge port and become grain powder that meets the requirements.
