How to use the flat die pellet mill:
1. After adding hyperbolic gear oil to the gearbox, it can be turned on.
2. Before working, check whether the power supply wiring and steering meet the requirements, whether the fastening screws of each part are loose, loosen the adjusting roller bolt, start the flat die pellet machine to listen for abnormal noise, and stop for inspection if there is abnormal noise.
3. When the flat die pellet machine is used, the grinding disc must be ground, and the bolts of the pressing roller are adjusted so that the gap between the pressing roller and the template is 1.5 mm.
4. Take 10 catties of compound feed and add 5 patties of vegetable oil and mix well. Start the pellet feed machine and add the oily feed. First, add a small number of pellets to be extruded and gradually increase. The extruded pellets are repeated several times before adding the mixed pellets. The powdered material works normally (note: the rotation speed of the two pressure rollers should be uniform, and it should not be too tight, otherwise the pressure roller shaft will be easily broken).
5. After work, the material in the flat die pellet mill should be removed, and the remaining material in the template hole of the pellet machine should be cleaned in a short time. The next time you use it, you can directly add the mixed feed. If the machine is stopped for a long time, you should clear the remaining material in the template hole and treat it for rust prevention(poultry pellet machine).
