Peach cleaning machine
Function: The cleaning machine is mainly used to remove soil, impurities, and pesticide residues from the surface of peaches. High-pressure water washing or brush roller cleaning technology is used to ensure the clean surface of peaches.

Peach Drainer
Function: The drainer is used to remove excess water from the surface of peaches after washing. Ensure that the peaches remain dry when entering the next process.

Connection with the deep processing production line
The Peach Machine can be linked with subsequent processing equipment to form an automated production line:
Canned production line: The pitted peaches are directly transported to the cutter, cut into petals according to specifications, and then enter the pre-cooking and canning stages. The entire process is uniformly scheduled by PLC, and the production capacity can reach 500-1000kg/h.
Peach juice production line:
After the walnuts are removed, crushed, and juiced, the pit residue is collected by a dedicated pipeline, and the pulp and juice enter the filtration system. When the equipment is connected, the conveyor belt height matching and photoelectric sensing are used to achieve seamless connection.
