Belt-type color sorters are primarily designed to handle materials that chute-type color sorters can't. If you're dealing with delicate materials or materials with unusual shapes, this type is the right choice. It uses a smooth belt to steadily convey the materials for inspection.

The biggest advantage is its gentleness, ensuring it doesn't damage the materials. Our machine can handle high-value, sensitive materials like nuts, coffee beans, dried shrimp, and dehydrated vegetables with ease.

It's highly adaptable, allowing materials of varying sizes, shapes, flakes, and lumps to be spread out flat and fully exposed for inspection.

Because of its stable operation, the system has more time to identify and judge, resulting in higher sorting accuracy. It can even be used to sort ores (in this case, we generally call it an ore color sorter). The belt also features anti-stick or self-cleaning features, preventing material mixups.
