1. Paper cutter
This machine is to cut the newspapers into pieces for further processing.
One pencil needs one paper size:18.3CM*54CM, one newspaper generally could make 3 pcs.
Put papers under the cutter blade, press the handle, and the paper will be cut into your needed size(eco-friendly pencil making machine).
