Finished product display introduction:

Tobacco cleaning machine
The brush tobacco and tobacco leaf cleaning machine is used to remove dirt, pesticide residues, and other impurities from the surface of raw materials. It uses a combination of cleaning methods, such as bubbles, circulating surfacing, and high-pressure spraying, to ensure that the materials are thoroughly cleaned in all directions. The high-pressure spray on the conveyor cleans the vegetables again, enhancing the unloading effect. After the material enters the cleaning tank, it rolls and cleans under the action of bubbles and water flow. At the same time, a filter screen is provided at the bottom to collect precipitated impurities.

The vibration frequency is adjustable. Special requirements: install a water pipe.

Air dryer for tobacco drying
We use a hot air dryer to reduce the moisture content of tobacco and extend the shelf life. The equipment adopts the principle of hot air circulation, and the temperature is controlled between 40-60℃ to avoid high temperatures from destroying the flavor of the raw materials. There are multiple layers of turning trays in the drying bin, and the materials are turned regularly during the drying process to ensure uniform heating. The drying time is adjustable. Mixer for mixing tobacco raw materials

The mixing time is usually 15-30 minutes to ensure that the tobacco, fruit particles, syrup, glycerin, and other ingredients are fully integrated.
