 This castor seed shelling machine adopts an integrated design of drum rubbing and air separation. During operation, castor seeds fall evenly from the top feed hopper into the high-speed rotating shelling drum. Under the rubbing and impact action inside the drum, the hard outer shell is efficiently broken and separated from the kernel. The shell and kernel mixture then enters the air separation system below. Using the airflow generated by the fan, the lighter outer shell is precisely separated from the heavier kernel based on the difference in specific gravity. The pure castor kernels are continuously discharged from the inclined discharge port and can be directly used for oil pressing or further processing. The castor shells are collected from the side air separation port. The entire process is highly automated, shells cleanly, and has a low kernel breakage rate, which can efficiently meet the needs of large-scale primary processing of castor seeds.

Castor seeds have a wide range of applications, covering high-tech industries, agriculture, environmental protection, and pharmaceuticals and daily chemicals.
