Our machine is primarily designed for various animal bones and some tough materials, covering common livestock and poultry bones as well as bones from special animals. Specifically, this includes:
For livestock and poultry bones: This equipment can be used for pig leg bones, pork ribs, beef bones, lamb bones, chicken bones, duck bones, goose bones, etc. The maximum diameter of beef bones that can be crushed is ≤8cm, and the maximum diameter of pig leg bones is ≤10cm, allowing for direct feeding without prior cutting.
Processing scraps: Bone scraps from meat processing plants, leftover bone waste from slaughterhouses, etc., with a maximum weight of ≤5kg per batch, allowing for continuous feeding;
Other materials: Fish skeletons, shrimp shells, crab shells, and other aquatic bone materials, as well as small amounts of bone mixtures containing tendons and meat. The crushing process will not be affected by material adhesion.

Structure and Durability:
Main Frame and Chamber: The main frame and chamber of this bone crusher are constructed from stainless steel plates with a thickness of no less than 3mm, welded together as a single unit. Key stress points are reinforced with strengthening ribs, ensuring a static load capacity exceeding 300% of the designed operating load and preventing deformation. The inner wall of the chamber is typically polished to a mirror or brushed finish (Ra ≤ 0.8μm) to reduce material adhesion and facilitate cleaning.
Cutting System: The machine is primarily equipped with moving blades made of high-chromium alloy tool steel (such as D2 or equivalent material). After vacuum heat treatment, the hardness can reach HRC 58-62, and the wear resistance is more than 5 times that of ordinary carbon steel. The stationary blades are adjustable, allowing for precise control of the crushing gap. Under normal working conditions, processing medium-hardness beef bones, the blade life (between two regrinds) can reach 300-500 operating hours. With proper maintenance, the designed service life of the entire machine is no less than 5 years. (We also sell spare parts.)
Power and Performance:
Processing Capacity and Particle Size Control: Processing capacity is strongly correlated with the type of raw material (fresh bones/frozen bones/dried bones), initial size, and target particle size. For common fresh pork or beef bones, the processing capacity of the standard model ranges from 100kg/h to 2000kg/h. By replacing the removable screens with different mesh sizes, the output particle size can be precisely adjusted between 2mm and 25mm. The screens are also made of stainless steel with a thickness of no less than 4mm to withstand the continuous impact of the bone material.
Safety and Intelligent Control:
Equipped with an electromechanical overload protection system, the equipment can automatically stop and reverse to clear blockages within 0.5 seconds in case of abnormal current or encountering unbreakable objects. The control panel integrates a PLC, enabling monitoring of operating status, fault alarms, and linkage start/stop with upstream and downstream conveying equipment.
