Applicable Raw Materials

Specific Raw Materials: Chicken thigh bones, chicken wing bones, chicken breast bones, duck leg bones, duck wing bones, goose breast bones, goose leg bones, pig leg bones (including shanks), pig spine bones, beef leg bones, beef spine bones, beef ribs, lamb leg bones, and lamb spine bones.
Supplementary Ingredients for Colloid Mill Processing
When using a colloid mill to produce meat and bone paste, in addition to the bones mentioned above, small amounts of other meat ingredients can be added to enhance product quality. Bone crushers are suitable for processing products such as sausages, meatballs, canned pet food, and nutritional sauces, transforming bones from a single ingredient into a high-value, complex ingredient.
How the bone crusher machine
The core operating logic of our company's bone crushers is based on a "pretreatment - crushing - grinding - screening" process. While specific details may vary slightly between different types of equipment, the overall principle of mechanical crushing remains the same. First, the bones to be processed undergo pretreatment (e.g., cutting into short segments, removing fascia and hair) to prevent impurities from affecting equipment operation and the quality of the finished product. The bones are then fed into the crushing chamber, where high-speed rotating blades (shearing), interlocking toothed rollers (roller pressing), or hammers (hammering) apply external forces, disrupting the structural integrity of the bones and initially breaking them into fragments. The crushed bones then enter the grinding stage, where they are further refined by finer grinding components (such as grinding discs and screens) to a particle size of 80-200 mesh, as required. Finally, a built-in screening device separates the finished product that meets the required particle size. Any coarse bone fragments that do not meet the standard are returned to the crushing chamber for secondary processing to ensure uniform discharge.
