Installation and use instructions

a) Connect the power supply correctly. Before starting, pull the inertia wheel by hand to check whether there is any abnormal debris in the machine room.

b) Start idling to check whether the cutter is turning correctly. If the direction is reversed, please change the connection sequence of the three-phase power cord; after confirming that the cutter is turning correctly, start idling for 3 minutes, and fasten the feeding chamber to make the protection switch fully contact, meet the crushing conditions, and be put into production.

c) A meat grinder that will grind bones is forbidden to put iron and other hard objects into the crushing chamber.

d) Immediately stop the bone crusher machine for a bone meal when an abnormal sound is found, check the cause, and restart the machine after troubleshooting.

e) It is recommended to install the machine in a separate workplace.

Maintenance and maintenance instructions

a) The mechanical starter motor should be placed in the ventilated position to ensure the heat dissipation of the motor and prolong its life of the motor.

b) Regularly check the tool bolts. After the new machine is used for a week, tighten the moving tool bolts as tools to ensure the fixation between the blade and the tool holder.

c) Rolling bearing with seat: grease should be added to the bearing grease nozzle every 20 days to ensure lubricity between rolling bearings.

d) In order to ensure the sharpness of the knife incision, the moving knife should be checked regularly according to the use situation to ensure that the moving knife is sharp and does not cause unnecessary damage to other parts.

e) Before the first start, the remaining scraps in the meat and bone grinder should be removed to reduce the starting resistance and motor load. The conventional wheel cover and pulley cover should be disassembled regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange. The residual powder discharged from the machine room enters the rotating bearing.

f) When changing the tool, keep the incision gap between the knife and the knife: 0.5-0.8mm shall prevail.

g) Regularly check whether the belt is loose. If the belt is loose, loosen the motor fixing bolts and use tools to move the motor outwards until the belt is tightened.
