We use a set of independent machines for our production: a mixer, a three‑roll mill, a 3‑in‑1 former, a cutter, and a printer. They're all linked into one smooth flow. Let's go over each piece briefly.

Three-in-one machine
The integrated frame combines grinding and extrusion, eliminating the need to transfer materials between multiple machines and reducing manual handling; the base features a storage cabinet for molds and tools, while the high-power motor supports 8–12 hours of continuous, uninterrupted production.

Automatic Fixed-Length Cutting Machine
This unit takes the continuous strip from the main extruder and cuts it into pieces of consistent weight and length. It sits on swivel casters for easy alignment with the main machine, and its enclosed housing contains scraps while making cleanup quick and simple.

Stamping and Molding Machine
Primary Application: Performs double-sided embossing on cut blanks to imprint patterns, brand logos, and text/graphics (such as the English lettering and olive motifs seen on the Marseille in the image).

Packaging Machine
Receives the finished, stamped soap and automatically performs an integrated packaging process-including feeding, film wrapping, sealing, and cutting-eliminating the need for manual bagging and edge sealing. The product is ready for immediate sale.

How does it work?
So here's how it's set up. The core machine does three jobs at once-mixing, grinding, and extrusion-all in one unit. From there, it feeds straight into the cutter, then over to the stamper that adds your logo and date code. No one has to lug material between stations; it just keeps moving on its own.

Are you a direct manufacturer or an intermediary?
We operate our own processing and assembly workshops and manufacture the complete machines in-house; we do not engage in rebranding or reselling. Every unit undergoes a test run with actual soap material before leaving the factory.
What materials come into contact with the Finished product? Are they alkali-resistant?
The hopper, grinding rollers, screw, and molds are all made of 304 stainless steel. They are resistant to the strong alkalinity of soap bases, do not easily accumulate soap residue, and can be cleaned with plain water.
