2. Before starting the operation, it is necessary to check whether the trolley oven has a leak. Add the material to be dried, and the thickness of the material should not exceed 75px. Turn on the main power switch, and he power indicator light is on. Press the start button (the fan runs and the thermostat is powered on. 

 

Check the rotation of the fan for the first time; the right fan should rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the motor end, and the power phase sequence should be changed if the rotation does not match. Press the "heating" switch (the heater is powered on), and the trolley oven enters normal operation. 

 

Set the temperature according to the process requirements. When the temperature of the trolley oven rises close to the set value, the heater power is turned on and off, and the trolley oven enters the constant temperature operation. Turn off the power switch immediately after the operation. Do a good job in cleaning and maintenance of the trolley oven.
