Fruit Sorting Conveyor

Description

The Fruit Sorting Conveyor can be applied to any kind of round or oval fruit to make the fruit move along the grading screen, and it has grids or gaps of different sizes. Small fruits leak from the small grid first, and large fruits leak from the large grid, and finally they are classified according to the size of the fruit. In order to reduce fruit collisions and improve the rate of good fruit, some classifiers use buoyancy, vibration, and grids to classify. A fruit selection screen with different mesh sizes is installed on the upper part of the fruit selection tank, and a vibrating part is installed inside the water tank. 

When sorting, the fruit is first sent into the water tank. When the vibrating part vibrates, the fruit in the tank gains kinetic energy and moves. When the fruit moves to the mesh corresponding to its size, the fruit will surface through the mesh and stay in the corresponding trough. In the middle, and then collected, the fruit grading process is completed. The advantage of this method is that it avoids collisions between the fruits, and can clean and disinfect the fruits while grading.

Start the test run first, and then run idling for 2-3 minutes to check the movement of the transmission system (motor, coupling, reducer) and conveyor belt.
