Working Principle of Machine Sorting Fruit
The fruit enters the tilted drum from the feed hopper, and the drum rotates at a constant speed, and the fruit rolls with it. Smaller fruits will pass through the sieve holes of corresponding sizes, fall to the specific discharge port below, and enter the corresponding collection container; larger fruits that cannot pass through the sieve holes will continue to roll along the drum until they roll out from the end of the drum, completing the grading. Relying on this continuous rolling and screening method, the fruits are quickly distinguished into different sizes.
