Our fertilizer processing machine is highly adaptable to various raw materials, enabling efficient processing of a wide range of materials, primarily categorized into three types:

1. Agricultural Waste: This includes agricultural byproducts such as corn stalks, wheat stalks, rice husks, peanut shells, sugarcane bagasse, and fruit and vegetable vines. After crushing and pre-treatment, these materials are rich in cellulose, hemicellulose, and other organic matter. Through equipment molding, they can be converted into natural organic fertilizer, achieving the recycling of agricultural waste. Approximately 0.3 tons of organic fertilizer can be processed from straw waste per acre of farmland.

2. Organic Waste: Our machine fertilizer generator can also handle livestock and poultry manure (pig manure, cow manure, chicken manure, etc.), kitchen waste, garden leaves and branches, slaughterhouse byproducts, and brewing waste. This equipment efficiently processes these high-moisture, high-organic-matter materials. The extrusion process during molding reduces moisture content and kills some harmful bacteria, thus transforming potentially polluting waste into high-quality fertilizer.

3. Formulas and Additives: Customers can scientifically formulate chemical raw materials such as urea, diammonium phosphate, and potassium chloride, or add functional ingredients such as humic acid, amino acids, and trace elements, according to the soil and the nutritional needs of plants. This equipment supports the uniform mixing and molding of materials in different proportions, and can produce pure organic fertilizer and organic-inorganic compound fertilizer to meet the nutritional needs of different crops.

Note: For different raw materials, the company can provide customized pretreatment solutions, such as recommendations for straw crushing particle size and control of manure composting degree, to ensure molding efficiency and finished product quality.

Granules are regularly shaped (round or oval), uniform in size, and the particle size can be customized between 2-10mm.

Finished Product Requirements: The finished products manufactured and sold by our company have an organic content of up to 99%, extremely high purity, meeting the needs of green and ecological planting; the granulation rate is stable between 90% and 93%, the granules have moderate hardness (compressive strength ≥15N), preventing breakage and clumping, facilitating storage and mechanized application; the moisture content is controlled at 10%-15%, allowing for long-term storage without mold.

3.Product Advantages: Our machines produce fertilizer that releases nutrients stably and persistently, increasing nutrient utilization by 20%-30% compared to traditional bulk fertilizers.
