Introduction of the Bag Filling Machine
Our company manufactures and sells bagging machines specifically designed for packaging granular and powdery materials. By integrating core processes such as feeding, metering, filling, sealing, and conveying, it achieves efficient transformation of materials from bulk to standardized packaging. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, chemical, and building materials industries, it is a key piece of equipment for improving packaging efficiency, ensuring packaging accuracy, and reducing labor costs.
Packaging Machine Structure
The structure of our packaging machine is clearly shown in the image. The key components of the bagging machine are clearly visible, and each module works collaboratively to complete the entire packaging process:
Feeding: Responsible for receiving and initially conveying materials. It is usually equipped with an elevator. Different elevators (screw, belt, funnel) can be selected according to material characteristics (such as particle size, powder flowability) to reduce manual labor, avoid problems such as untimely material delivery, and provide a stable material supply for subsequent metering stages.
Metering and Filling Module: The "heart" of the bagging machine, responsible for accurately controlling the packaged weight of the material. For granular materials, manual assistance is required. Larger materials cannot be handled automatically and continuously by the machine. (If you have suggestions, please contact us; we would greatly appreciate them.)
Sealing Module: This module seals the packaging bag to prevent leakage, moisture, or contamination. Our machine uses a stitch-sealing method (suitable for large packaging such as woven bags). The sealing mechanism of the equipment shown in the picture provides a secure seal, ensuring packaging integrity.
Air Compressor: Our machine requires an air compressor. You can inquire about air compressor selection and purchase when you inquire about the machine. Please contact us if you have any questions about the machine.
Raw Materials of the Bag Filling Machine
The bagging machine can flexibly adapt to various bulk materials through different structural configurations:
Granular Materials: Such as rice, feed, nuts, plastic particles, etc. These materials have a certain degree of flowability but are prone to stratification. The bagging machine uses a vibrating hopper, an anti-bridging mechanism, and volumetric or weighing metering to achieve precise packaging. For example, in the feed industry, bagging machines can efficiently package 25kg/bag pelleted feed, with a capacity of hundreds of bags per hour. In the food industry, packaging for nuts and snack pellets can also integrate an inflation function to extend product shelf life.
Powdered materials: such as flour, milk powder, chemical powders, and pharmaceutical granules. These materials have poor flowability and are prone to moisture absorption and clumping. Bagging machines need to be equipped with a closed feeding system (such as negative pressure suction), a screw metering mechanism, and dustproof devices in key areas.
Packaging range requirements: 5-50kg, suitable for large material packaging, but should ideally not exceed 50kg.
Bag-filling machines offer several significant advantages in packaging bulk materials such as granules and powders,
including of Bag Filling Machine: High automation: They automate the entire process from feeding, metering, filling, sealing, and conveying, significantly increasing packaging speed. For example, a fully automatic granule bag-filling machine can complete 20-100 bags per minute, far exceeding the efficiency of manual packaging.
Continuous production: Unaffected by human fatigue, they maintain a stable production rhythm over extended periods, effectively improving enterprise productivity and capacity.
Precise metering systems: Equipped with precise metering systems such as volumetric metering, gravimetric metering, screw metering, and loss-in-weight metering, allowing selection of appropriate metering methods based on material characteristics. This ensures that the weight error of each bag is controlled within a minimal range (e.g., the food and pharmaceutical industries typically require an error of <±0.5%), guaranteeing consistent packaging accuracy.
Reduce reliance on manual labor and lower labor costs: One bag-filling machine can replace the work of multiple packaging workers, resulting in substantial long-term labor savings for enterprises.
Reduce material waste. Precise metering and filling reduce overfilling or underfilling of materials due to improper manual operation, thereby reducing material loss costs.
