The wind blows most of the peanut shells out of the machine, and the peanut kernels and part of the peanut fruit that has not been peeled fall into the specific gravity sorting sieve. 

After re-screening, the peanut kernels go up from the separation screen and flow into the sack through the feed port,and the peanuts (small fruits) that have not been peeled off will descend from the screen surface,flow into the elevator through the discharge channel, and then be sent to the fine-grained grid by elevator for secondary shelling, and then be screened and sorted by the specific gravity branch. achieve full peeling.

1. Requirements for peeling machine. In order to peel the shells cleanly and with high productivity, a peeling machine with a cleaning device also requires high cleanliness; the loss rate should be low, the breakage rate should be small; the structure should be simple, reliable in use, easy to adjust, low in power consumption, and some generality. It can be used for the shelling of various crops to improve the utilization rate of equipment.

2. Requirements for peanuts (peel fruit). Peanuts should be dry and wet properly, too dry will result in a high breakage rate; too wet will affect work efficiency. In order to make the wet and dry suitable, the following methods can be used: Shelling in winter. Before peeling, spray about 10 kg of warm water evenly on 50 kg of peeled fruit, and cover it with plastic film for about 10 hours (covered with plastic film in other seasons).
