1, Almond Skip Elevator:

The bucket elevator is a mechanical conveying device for fixed devices. Almond machine is mainly suitable for continuous vertical lifting of powder, granular and small materials.
 

The lifting tube adopts the undercut structure to make the seal more reliable and prevent dust from leaking out.
 

The operating tube is fully open, making inspection and maintenance more convenient.

2, Almond classifier:

1. This almond machine is mainly used for separating almonds, apricot kernels, walnut kernels, and walnut crusts. It is supporting equipment of sheller.

2. This almond machine makes use of the different proportions of nuts and crushed shells and the different suspension velocities, and promotes the separation of almonds and crushed shells by means of the upward airflow passing through the particle gap. Because the specific gravity of almonds and crushed shells are different from each other, the separation effect of the large gaps between almonds and crushed shells is good, and the separation effect of the small gap is poor. The isolation rate of common varieties is 90-95%.

3, Almond Separator machine

Apricot kernel shell separator, used for the shelling of apricot kernel sheller, separates the almond and apricot shell with a shell separator. It can also be used for the separation of shell kernels after the shelling of nuts such as walnuts. 

The machine utilizes the difference in specific gravity and suspension speed between the shell and the kernel and promotes separation between the shells by means of a gas flow that passes upward through the gap of the particles. 

This product adopts a single (double) fan, which has a good separation effect and high output. It is an ideal shell separation equipment. The device is easy to operate, has a small footprint, and can be easily assembled into a production line.
