How to use the machine correctly
First, the chicken claws are immersed in hot water at 60–70°C to soften the surface keratin layer; the pre-scalded claws are then fed into the machine's processing chamber through the designated inlet. A motor drives an internal spinning disc or spiral shaft, inducing a helical tumbling motion among the claws within the cylindrical chamber. Through continuous impact and friction against rubber rods, the chamber walls, and one another, the yellow skin and keratinized layers are loosened and shed, while the toenails are simultaneously removed. Upon completion of the processing cycle, the chicken claws are automatically discharged through the outlet, propelled by the combined forces of rotation and water flow, thereby concluding the entire peeling process.
