Core Functions and Processing Flow
The equipment adopts a continuous automated production line operation, with a single machine capable of independently completing the entire pre-processing process. Apples are manually placed on the machine, where positioning needles grip them for the following operations:

Precise Peeling: A rotating blade ring is used for peeling, resulting in low pulp loss, a smooth, residue-free peel, and no damage to the pulp fibers.
Slicing into Uniform Thin Slices: Mechanical positioning and centering combined with simultaneous cutting by the blades completes the slicing/circling of the pulp.
Center Core Removal and Segmentation: The core removal needle and segmentation blade simultaneously penetrate the core, completely removing the core, stem, and any remaining residue. The core removal cut is neat, with no broken cores or pulp trapped. It is equipped with a replaceable, modular segmentation blade disc, supporting customized segmentation specifications such as 2, 4, 6, 8, and 12 segments. The cut surface is flat and uniform, with complete and consistent segment shapes. (Note: The diameter of the core removal blade can be customized; any diameter requirements and segmentation requirements must be specified in advance.)
