 We have four types of industrial block ice maker machines - ZL3T, ZL5T, ZL8T and ZL10T, which can produce from 3 to 10 tons of ice per day. With all models having an energy consumption rate as low as 55 kWh /t, and on request, customized ice molds from 10 to 100kg per mold specifications regarding installed power and machine footprint are available upon request. The ZL3T is air-cooled as standard, and the rest are water-cooled. From 1.5 to 4 cycles per day of ice harvesting can be performed by these machines, providing solutions for ice production for any size needs.

 The direct-cooling ice maker has a high degree of automation and can automatically replenish water, produce ice, and defrost without manual operation.

It also has a small size and occupies 40% less area when compared to the conventional brine-based ice-making process.

It uses a hydraulic system to transport the ice blocks and addresses the problem of ice cracking under the high-temperature hot gas defrosting. The defrosting energy consumption is greatly reduced, and chilled water is recovered.

Adopting fully automatic and unattended operation, the system is designed to automatically stop and alarm upon faults such as phase loss, overload, lack of water, full-ice condition, or abnormal high/low pressure, etc., which guarantees stable operation of the equipment.

 This is a frame-type direct-cooling block ice machine iced by the rectangular frame of the ice plate, forming a smooth, sealed isothermal plate after being closed by the thickened stainless steel plate; the machine has a clean and towering shape with neat lines on the surface. A well-organized unit of aluminum alloy ice-mold evaporators is installed in the top part, with refrigeration piping running uniformly along the upper and laterals sides for a very neat structural presentation. The bottom section allows for sufficient space for ice discharge, and a lead-screw elevator system is installed in the bottom; a water circulation motor unit is attached on the right side and an electrical control panel is built on the left. Solid ice blocks that are burr-free, have no broken or chipped edges, and do not have hollow pockets. The ice is also clear and white, with just fine natural internal crystal shapes, high transparency without cloud, and without salt-related impurities (due to a direct-cooling process that prevents contact with brine contamination), and the cut surfaces are smooth and dense.
