Both the clove separating machine and the peeling machine utilise a dry pneumatic principle, employing high-pressure air vortexes to naturally peel the garlic cloves through friction. The peeling rate is over 98%, with minimal damage to the cloves (damage rate can be controlled within 3%-5%), ensuring the integrity and commercial value of the garlic cloves.

Both the garlic peeling and clove separating machines on this production line are made of stainless steel. Because of the dry processing, bacterial growth is avoided, and the peeled garlic cloves have a dry surface, making them more stable for storage.

 This machine is professionally packaged with three layers of protection: thickened pearl cotton cushioning and a custom-made solid wood crate for reinforcement.
