Any machine will inevitably fail during use. For such and such problems, this article summarizes the common failures of feed pellet machines and their causes.
1. The output of the feed pellet machine is too low
Causes of failure: 1. The smoothness of the die hole is poor when the flat die is used for the first time; 2. The moisture content of the material is too high or too low; 3. The gap between the pressing roller and the flat die is too large; 4. The pressing roller or the flat die is seriously worn; 5. The triangle Belt slippage or aging.
Elimination methods: 1. Grind and lubricate with oily materials, and the output will increase after working for a period of time; 2. Adjust the moisture content of the material; 3. Adjust the pressing bolt; 4. Tension or replace the V-belt
2. Too much powder in feed pellets
Causes of failure: 1. Low moisture content; 2. Excessive wear of the flat die and too small thickness.
Remedy: 1. Increase the moisture content; 2. Replace the new flat die.
3. Feed pellets are rough
Causes of failure: 1. High moisture content; 2. The flat die is used for the first time.
Remedy: 1. Reduce water content; 2. Repeat grinding with oil-containing materials.
