Apple Chips
Ingredients:
2 to 3 apples
Cinnamon
2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. Slice apples very thinly (1/16 to 1/8 inch). You can use a mandoline if available.
3. Place apple slices in a single layer on the baking sheets.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle over the apples.
5. Bake for 40 minutes, flipping the apples halfway through.
6. Turn off the oven and leave the apples in for about 1-2 hours.
7. Apple chips should be crisp and golden when done. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Enjoy!

Puffed Rice Cakes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups puffed rice cereal
Instructions:
1. In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, melt the honey and peanut butter together until smooth.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
3. Add the puffed rice cereal and mix until combined.
4. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan with butter.
5. Pour the puffed rice mixture into the greased pan and press firmly until even.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
7. Remove from the refrigerator and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!

Banana Chips in Air Fryer:
Ingredients:
2 to 3 bananas
1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
1. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch thick circles.
2. Put the slices into a bowl and coat with coconut oil.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F.
4. Grease air fryer basket with oil or cooking spray.
5. Put the slices in a single layer in the basket, making sure not to overcrowd.
6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking.
7. When finished, remove from the air fryer and allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2. Slice the bananas into 1/4 inch thick circles.
3. Place the slices in a bowl and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
4. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the chips are golden brown.
6. Allow to cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
