How to distinguish whether it is the vibration of the machine itself or the machine vibration caused by the fault? 1. The rotor of the crusher is not concentric, which will cause the coal crusher to vibrate too much.
There are two situations in which the rotors are not concentric. One is that the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the coal crusher are not concentric. At this time, the position of the motor can be moved left and right, or pads can be added under the feet of the motor to adjust the concentricity of the two rotors.
The second is that the two supporting surfaces of the coal crusher supporting the rotor shaft are not in the same plane. By padding copper skin on the bottom surface of the supporting bearing seat, or adding an adjustable wedge iron at the bottom of the bearing to ensure that the coal crusher has two The shaft heads are concentric.
2. Equipment imbalance will also cause excessive vibration of the coal crusher
If the connection between the equipment coupling and the rotor is not concentric or the quality of the flat hammer inside the rotor is not uniform, it will cause the whole coal crusher to be unbalanced. In this case, the connection between the coupling and the motor can be adjusted according to different types of couplings.
When the quality of the hammers is uneven, each group of hammers must be re-selected to minimize the weight error of the symmetrical hammers. After the motor is repaired in production, a dynamic balance test must be done to ensure the balance of the coal crusher.
3. The installation foundation is not firm
If the anchor bolts of the coal crusher system are loose or the foundation is not strong, the equipment will vibrate abnormally. Therefore, during installation or maintenance, the anchor bolts should be tightened evenly. Shock-absorbing device to reduce the vibration during the work of the coal crusher.
