Carbonizer: used for carbonization of raw materials to prepare for subsequent carbon powder
Crusher: This machine has a crushing function and can crush raw materials to less than 3 mm
Wheel mill: Add binder and carbon powder and mix evenly. The moisture content needs to be controlled at about 15%-30%.
Boiler molding machine: used to press coal powder, charcoal powder, or other powders into various shapes
Dryer: We provide vertical dryers, box dryers, and mesh belt dryers. I will recommend a suitable dryer according to your raw material type, shape,e, and size.
The shape of the finished product: various rods or rods, such as rectangles, triangles, hexagons, and circles (with or without holes in the middle).
Features of molded products: The product has the characteristics of high density, low smoke, flammability, long burning time, non-toxicity, etc.
Final size: The diameter can be 15-60 mm, the length can be 10-60 cm or larger, and we can provide you with automatic cutting devices.
What are the raw materials suitable for this production line?
Coal derivatives: including coal ash, coal slime, coke powder, and coke
Charcoal products: various charcoal powders and by-products
Cereal by-products: rice husks, wheat bran, crop straw

Processing precautions:
Agricultural biomass materials need to be preliminarily carbonized in a piece of dedicated carbonization equipment before the production line is integrated. This preparation step ensures that the material has the best characteristics in the subsequent processing stage.
Material preparation requirements: All raw materials must be crushed when the particle size exceeds 3 mm. Too large particles will affect the forming efficiency during the bar forming process and may affect the integrity of the product.
