1. Preparation before startup
Before starting the machine, check whether the screws and nuts at all parts of the washer are loose. If 30# or 40# oil has been added into the eccentric axle box of the pump, check the oil level (just overflow the oil mirror).
2. Inlet pipe connection
Put the water inlet hose on the water inlet joint of the pump body, then put on the throat clamp, and tighten the screws on the throat clamp to ensure that the connection is firm and reliable
No air leakage. Then set the other end on the tap or put it into the water supply tank according to the water source (the water inlet must be completely immersed in the water). The water inlet pipe is required to be equipped with a filter to prevent the inhaled impurities from damaging the high-pressure pump.
3. Outlet pipe connection
Connect the insertion joint end of the high-pressure rubber hose with the quick change joint on the water outlet of the machine; The other end is connected with the threaded joint on the trigger valve of the spray gun. Refer to the structural drawing for the connection method (connection method of quick change joint: just push the knurled sleeve backward and then push the joint inward).
Note: the high-pressure water pipe shall not be twisted, and shall be extended and straightened as far as possible.
4. Power connection
First, make sure that the power supply voltage is consistent with the provisions of the label. The connection of the fixed power supply used by the cleaning machine shall be carried out by personnel and shall meet the requirements of GB / t16895. If extended power cords are used, plugs and sockets shall be of waterproof construction. When connecting the socket, the switch of the cleaning machine must be set at the "off" position.
5. Replaceable nozzle
The spray gun of this machine can adjust the spray water flow by changing the nozzle. The short gun head is round hole bundle water flow, and the rod is fan-shaped water flow.
Round hole bundle flow - this nozzle can produce a bundle of strong jets for particularly dirty surfaces. Such as agricultural machinery, construction machinery, etc.
Fan-shaped water flow - the nozzle produces fan-shaped jet with large scattering angle and small impact on the cleaned objects. It can be used for cleaning large-area dirt surfaces, such as cars, buses, trucks, tractors and other vehicles and ships; Vegetable farm and food processing farm, hotel kitchen; Bath and swimming pool; Livestock houses and stockbreeding fences, and exterior wall cleaning of high-rise buildings.
6. Start the machine
Check that the water inlet pipe and the water outlet high-pressure pipe have been connected reliably. After the power socket is connected, you can connect the power supply, pull the trigger of the spray gun, and the high-pressure water can be ejected after the air in the standby tool is discharged. When in use, the air is discharged slowly. First remove the high-pressure outlet pipe. When there is water ejecting from the outlet joint and there is no gas, shut down the machine, connect the high-pressure pipe at the quick joint, and then restart the machine for use.
7. If the water tank is used to supply water to the pump, fill water into the pump from the water inlet pipe while starting up, and half pull the trigger of the spray gun to discharge the air in the pipeline. After the pump works normally, place the water inlet pipe in the water tank. At this time, a filter screen must be installed at the inlet of the water inlet pipe to prevent foreign matters from being sucked in.
8. When cleaning with bundle strong jet, the distance between the nozzle and the cleaned surface should not be too close to avoid damage to the cleaned object due to too high pressure. Clean the vulnerable surface from far to near, and carefully observe its changes.
9. When the interval time is too long (more than ten minutes), turn off the power switch and open the spray gun valve to keep the spray pipe and spray gun in a pressure free state, so as to avoid the heat generated by the circulation of water in the pump during unloading from damaging the parts in the pump.
10. When the cleaning pump leaves the factory, the working pressure has been adjusted to 6Mpa. The user should not increase the pressure at will to avoid damage to the cleaning machine due to the change of working state. If the pressure is found to be insufficient, it can be operated according to the following tenth fault analysis and troubleshooting.
11. When in use, water will drip out from the drain hole on the sandwich copper connected to the pump body, which does not affect the use and belongs to normal operation.
12. Generally, when shutting down, first turn off the power switch, unplug the power plug, turn off the water source (when tap water is supplied), pull the trigger of the spray gun to release the residual pressure in the pump.
13. When the machines and tools are transferred, the high-pressure outlet hose can be pulled out through the quick change connector for easy movement.
14. The nozzle, trigger and other parts of the spray gun are related to the service performance of the cleaning machine. They should be properly placed when not in use to avoid bumping and affecting the use.
15. Use the machines and tools after they are put aside: due to the small starting torque of single-phase motor, if the starting switch is pressed, the motor will make a buzzing sound (the motor does not rotate), immediately press the stop button and repeat it for two or three times, and the motor can run; If the motor still cannot be started, please remove the fan housing of the motor and turn the fan blade by hand for two or three weeks before starting the motor. After successful startup, reinstall the fan housing in the shutdown state.
