1. Preparation before use
(1) Carefully check whether there is enough grease at the connection of the roller.
(2) Carefully check that all solid parts are tight.
(3) Carefully check whether the transmission belt is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomenon is found, it should be replaced in time. When there is oil on the transmission belt or pulley, wipe the oil with a rag.
(4) Check whether the protective device is in good condition. If any unsafe phenomenon is found, it should be eliminated in time.
(5) Check whether there is any debris in the sorting cavity. If there is any debris, it must be cleaned up to ensure that the sorting machine cavity is activated.
(6) Check whether the jacking bolts are retracted, whether the gasket group is compressed, and whether the T-bolts are tightened.
2. Start of fruit sorting machine
(1) After inspection, it is proved that all parts of the machine are in normal condition before starting.
(2) The fruit sorting machine is only allowed to start without load.
(3) Before starting, a signal can be used to warn in advance.
(4) After starting, if any abnormal phenomenon is found, the operation should be stopped immediately. The sorting machine can be restarted only after the abnormal situation has been identified and eliminated.
3. During the production and use of the fruit sorting machine
(1) Trial operation should be carried out before operation, idling for 2 to 3 minutes, and check whether the movement of the transmission system and the conveyor belt is smooth.
(2) Through the walking of the silicone belt, the fruit falls into the feeding tank body at the appropriate aperture and is discharged from the feeding port.
(3) The melons and fruits to be sorted should be neatly placed on the conveyor belt and cannot be pressed on the rollers.
(4) The items to be processed on the conveyor belt should not be piled up too much, so as not to affect the sorting effect, and the items after sorting cannot be parked on the conveyor belt, which will affect the follow-up work.
