Composition and structure
This peanut butter machine is composed of feeding hopper, adjusting handle, stator rotor, outlet, pure-copper motor and base. The adjusting knob can be turned to adjust the gap between the stator and rotor, the finished fineness can be adjusted freely.

A: It is primarily used for wet-process ultrafine grinding, milling, emulsification, homogenization, and dispersion. It can process liquid, paste, and slurry materials-such as peanut butter, chili sauce, fruit jam, bone paste, soy milk, medicinal ointments, and coatings.
Q2: Can a colloid mill grind dry powder?
A: It cannot be used for direct dry grinding. As a wet-processing machine, it requires materials to contain moisture and possess fluidity. Dry materials can easily damage the seals and wear out the grinding discs; for dry powder grinding, equipment such as pulverizers or Raymond mills is recommended.
Q3: What level of fineness can the output achieve?
A: Standard single-pass grinding yields 2–50 μm; multiple-pass recirculation grinding can achieve 0.1–5 μm. Fineness is controlled by adjusting the gap between the rotor and stator (grinding discs); the smaller the gap, the finer the finished product.
