How to Make Chicken Feed Pellets?
Making feed pellets is very simple. Eating high-quality feed pellets means safe, stable, and nutritious growth. Below, I will introduce the feed formula, raw materials, pellet mill, and usage methods in detail.
Formula
Below is a simple sample formula: Corn 58.2%, Soybean Meal 35%, Dicalcium Phosphate 1.4%, Limestone 1.1%, Salt 0.3%, Oil 3%, Additives 1%, "Bio-Growth Essence" + "Roughage Degrader" (or "High-Efficiency Health Growth Liquid" 10 catties) as needed. We recommend initial small-batch trials, monitoring indicators such as feed intake, feces, and egg production rate. Large-scale production can only proceed after successful testing.
Raw Materials
Barley, wheat, corn, oats, etc. These are readily available grain crops, and prices are more affordable during harvest season. Note: Raw materials must be free of mold and contamination.
