Bleaching technology of all bamboo and wooden product:
A process of bleaching and soaking is required after the bamboo yarn is made. We offer bleaching technology. Customers can build a cement pool by themselves, 2 cubic meters is enough.Or buy stainless steel cooking pots.
1. Bleaching requires the use of sodium metabisulfite.
2. Soak the bamboo filament for two hours and then take it out to dry before continuing the operation.
3. Approximately 45kg of sodium metabisulfite is required for one month.
How to blanch?
Bleaching does not require equipment, and customers can find their own way. Make a cement pool bubble (100 kg bamboo or wood wire plus 3 kg of sodium metabisulfite, and then add 100 kg of bamboo silk after work on the 2nd day, add 1.5 kg of sodium metabisulfite, repeat the water after 6 or 7 times) .
Bamboo bleaching and mothproof method as follows:
1. Sodium metabisulfite 3-5kg, water 100kg. The bamboo material was immersed in the above mixed solution, heated at 60-80° C., and then taken out after 2 hours, rinsed with fresh water, dried or dried.
2. Sodium pyrophosphate 0.3-0.5kg water 100kg, immersed in the above mixed solution of bamboo, heated 60-80 °C, 5-6 hours to remove, rinse with water, dried or dried.
3.The solid of Métabisulfite de sodium water can be recycling for 6-7 days.
but after the first day,you can add another 1-2 kg of Métabisulfite de sodium into the water again and recycling for using.After one week,please change into new water.
For example:
Monday:100kg water with 3-5kg of Sodium metabisulfite,heated at 60-80° C.
Tuesday:[(the water of Monday)+10-20kg of cleaning water=100kg water] + 1-2kg 100kg Métabisulfite de sodium.
Wednesday:[(the water of Tuesday)+10-20kg of cleaning water=100kg water] + 1-2kg 100kg Métabisulfite de sodium.
Thursday:[(the water of Wednesday)+10-20kg of cleaning water=100kg water]+ 1-2kg 100kg Métabisulfite de sodium.
Friday:[(the water of Thursday)+10-20kg of cleaning water=100kg water]+ 1-2kg 100kg Métabisulfite de sodium.
Satursday:[(the water of Friday)+10-20kg of cleaning water=100kg water]+ 1-2kg 100kg Métabisulfite de sodium.
Sunday:change new water of 100kg with 3-5kg of Sodium metabisulfite,then do the same work as Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday and Satursday.
