Safe use of the oven:
1. The place where the oven is placed should have a certain space, and the four sides should be a certain distance from the wall. It is recommended to have more than 2m.
2. The baked items shall not be arranged too closely. Do not put articles on the bottom of the oven (heat dissipation plate) to avoid affecting the hot air circulation.
3. It is forbidden to bake inflammable, explosive and volatile and corrosive articles.
4. Cut off the power supply after the compensation is completed, and then open the studio door. Remember not to directly touch the compensation items by hand. Use special tools or insulated gloves to take the compensation items to avoid scalding.
5. When using the oven, the temperature shall not exceed the maximum operating temperature of the oven. Generally, the oven is below 250 degrees.
6. Customers with special requirements can order special ovens in Longxing, such as explosion-proof ovens, high-temperature ovens, etc.
The use and precautions of the oven are summarized as follows:
1、 The oven shall be placed in a dry and horizontal place indoors to prevent vibration and corrosion.
2、 Pay attention to the safe use of electricity, and install a power switch with sufficient capacity according to the power consumption of the oven. Select enough power conductors and have good grounding wires.
3、 For the oven with electric contact mercury thermometer temperature controller, the two wires of the electric contact thermometer shall be connected to the two terminals on the top of the oven respectively. Insert another ordinary mercury thermometer into the exhaust valve (the thermometer in the exhaust valve is used to calibrate the electric contact mercury thermometer and observe the actual temperature in the box) and open the hole of the exhaust valve. After adjusting the electric contact mercury thermometer to the required temperature, tighten the screw on the steel cap to achieve the purpose of constant temperature. However, it must be noted that during adjustment, do not rotate the indicator iron outside the scale.
4、 When all preparations are ready, the test object can be put into the oven, and then connect and turn on the power supply. The red indicator light is on, indicating that the oven has been heated. When the temperature reaches the controlled temperature, the red light goes out and the green light goes on to start constant temperature. In order to prevent temperature control failure, it must also be looked after.
