(Henan, China, February 14, 2026)
A miniature, high-precision crusher independently developed by our company, Lerford, was packaged this morning in Zhengzhou, Henan, and officially shipped to Ireland.
This exported equipment is a "custom-made" solution for an Irish client, primarily intended for use in small flour mills. It can process grains such as oats, almonds, potatoes, yams, chili peppers, black pepper, sorghum, cassava, beans, corn, and various straws. Compared to large industrial crushers, this machine occupies only 1.2 square meters, but utilizes high-strength alloy blades and an EU CE standard electronic control system, achieving a 30% reduction in energy consumption while maintaining a high-efficiency output of 1.5 tons per hour.
"The client only took 9 days from inquiry to solution confirmation." This reflects the Irish client's high level of recognition of the equipment's quality and performance, and is also a result of the company's deep cultivation of overseas markets and focus on the research and development and upgrading of small-scale machinery.
At the shipping site, staff strictly adhered to export packaging standards, providing comprehensive protection for each shredder. Workers reinforced the equipment with zero-gap wooden crates and vacuum-sealed it for moisture protection, preparing it for the approximately 35-day sea voyage and the humid climate of the Atlantic coast.
The Irish importer stated in their acceptance letter: "The flexible manufacturing capabilities demonstrated by the Chinese supplier are impressive. This machine is not just equipment, but a key weapon for our food processing advancement."
This successful shipment further broadened the cooperation channels between China and Ireland in the field of food processing equipment trade. Since the beginning of this year, my country's exports of similar environmental protection equipment to Western Europe have increased by 21% year-on-year, with a growing trend of shifting from traditionally "selling products" to "selling standards" and "selling solutions."
