On April 20, 2026, Zhengzhou Lerford Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., a Chinese intelligent agricultural equipment company, officially signed an equipment delivery contract with a large organic vegetable sorting center in Leeds, UK. The first RX-3T fully automatic cabbage coring machine has completed CE certification, UKCA compliance upgrades, multilingual (English/French/German) human-machine interface configuration, and moisture-proof sea-going packaging and will be shipped to South Yorkshire, UK, this week.

This marks the first time that my country's independently developed specialized vegetable pre-processing equipment has entered the EU and UK markets, signifying that domestically produced agricultural robots have gained international mainstream customer recognition in the fields of high precision, low power consumption, and food-grade safety.
The RX-3T adopts modular vertical positioning + servo vision-guided coring technology, which can accurately identify and remove the core xylem of the cabbage (error ≤ 1.5 mm), completely preserving the outer edible leaf structure, significantly improving yield and appearance consistency. The equipment has a rated processing capacity of 1500 heads/hour (based on a standard 2.0–2.5 kg cabbage), exceeding manual efficiency by more than 8 times. The entire machine requires only 0.55 kW of power input (380 V / 50 Hz), meeting UK industrial electricity standards, and its energy consumption is only 40% of similar imported equipment. It is equipped with a 0.6 MPa clean air supply system, ensuring an oil-free and sterile operating environment, fully complying with the UK BRCGS food safety production standards.

The machine measures 865×820×1405 mm and weighs 140 kg. It features a full 304 stainless steel body and an IP65-rated electrical control box, meeting the flexible deployment needs of small workshops and passing on-site audits by the UK Food Safety Authority (FSA). UKCA technical documentation, an English operation manual, remote commissioning support, and a 24-month warranty on key components are included with the shipment.
