Lerford's RX-300 Vertical Garlic Peeler Successfully Exported To Turkmenistan

On April 20, 2026, a Chinese intelligent agricultural machinery company officially shipped its first "RX-300 vertical garlic peeler." The equipment had completed all export compliance procedures and reinforced packaging for sea freight, and set off for Turkmenistan. This order marks the first successful export of my country's independently developed compact and highly adaptable fruit and vegetable processing equipment. The unit price is only US$1,850 (representing only the cost of the machine), and its excellent performance-cost-reliability ratio has earned high recognition from overseas customers.

The RX-300 features an innovative vertical drum structure design, with overall dimensions of only 700×720×1380 mm, occupying less than 0.5㎡, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized processing plants and mobile processing vehicles. The entire main body is made of food-grade stainless steel (SUS304), which is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and meets international HACCP and ISO 22000 hygiene standards. The equipment has a rated capacity of 300 kg/hour and a peeling integrity rate of ≥98%. It is equipped with a 0.2 kW/220 V intelligent control module and an 11 kW main drive system, supplemented by a 1.6 m³/min high-pressure air supply system with 0.8 MPa, achieving efficient and non-destructive peeling and closed-loop dust recovery. 

Notably, the RX-300 significantly optimizes energy efficiency and adaptability while ensuring core performance: a wide voltage control system (compatible with 380 V three-phase industrial power and 220 V single-phase residential power), significantly reducing reliance on power infrastructure in Central Asia; and a net weight of only 95 kg, facilitating disassembly, transportation, and rapid on-site deployment-this lightweight, modular design concept precisely meets the actual needs of rural cooperatives and border agricultural product distribution centers in Turkmenistan. 

This batch of equipment will serve three contracted agricultural cooperatives in the region, and is expected to increase garlic primary processing efficiency by over 40% annually and reduce labor costs by approximately 60%.
