The equipment has been shipped and is expected to arrive at the customer's site in Ireland soon. This model is a small-to-medium scale general-purpose toothed claw crusher independently developed by the company. It combines high efficiency, low failure rate, and long service life, and is widely applicable to the medium-to-fine grinding needs of materials such as grains, traditional Chinese medicine, premixes, and chemical fillers in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, feed, and chemicals.
The equipment uses high-speed rotating toothed claws for impact, shearing, and grinding composite crushing, resulting in uniform output particle size. The adjustable range is 20–200 mesh, which can flexibly match different process requirements. The main body of the machine is made of high-quality Q345B structural steel, and key transmission components are surface hardened. It is equipped with an IE3 energy-efficient motor as standard, ensuring stable operation, low temperature rise, and energy savings of over 12%, making it suitable for 8-hour continuous operation scenarios.
From order signing and technical agreement confirmation to customized parameter settings (including explosion-proof options and stainless steel contact surface upgrades), and in-plant full-process no-load/load linkage testing, to compliant packaging in accordance with EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (including bilingual safety labels, CE certification documents, independent grounding terminals, and anti-tipping fixing brackets), the entire process is subject to node-based quality control and final acceptance via remote video from the customer.
