The carbonization furnace operates through four distinct stages: drying, initial carbonization, complete carbonization, and cooling. Utilizing high-temperature pyrolysis, it converts biomass raw materials into high-quality charcoal while simultaneously capturing and recycling the combustible gases generated during the process for combustion. This significantly reduces energy consumption-truly "turning waste into treasure"-and ensures that flue gas emissions fully comply with EU environmental standards, resulting in zero secondary pollution.
The rotary carbonization furnace is a highly efficient, continuous-feed biomass pyrolysis system. At its core lies a high-temperature-resistant rotating drum coupled with a precision temperature control system. It is capable of heating agro-forestry waste (such as sawdust, crop stalks, and fruit shells) to temperatures between 400°C and 700°C under oxygen-free or oxygen-limited conditions, converting them into high-quality biochar, combustible gas, and wood vinegar. The rotating structure ensures uniform heating of materials, highly efficient heat transfer, and prevents coking or material blockages. The complete unit features intelligent PLC control, waste heat recovery, and flue gas purification capabilities, all in full compliance with EU environmental standards.
