[Zhengzhou Lerford Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. Successfully Completes Export Order to Cyprus]

Recently, Zhengzhou Lerford Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. successfully completed the production and packaging-utilizing high-strength, vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof wooden crates compliant with maritime shipping standards-of its independently developed fully automatic tortilla machine and high-torque planetary mixer. The equipment has now been officially loaded and dispatched to the Port of Limassol, Cyprus. This delivery not only marks a "breakthrough" for Lerford, representing its first direct export order to Cyprus, but also signifies the formal integration of its food processing equipment into the Eastern EU supply chain system, injecting new vitality into bilateral technological trade between China and Cyprus.

The tortilla machine included in this export shipment serves as the core component of Lerford's third-generation intelligent thin-pancake production line, designed specifically for international, multi-category dough-based food applications. The equipment integrates an infrared preheating system with a precision PID temperature control system (maintaining a temperature accuracy of ±1.5°C), paired with an AI vision-guided batter coating calibration module. This configuration ensures that spring roll wrappers are translucent and free of tears, Peking duck pancakes are pliable and chewy, and Northeastern-style tortillas possess uniform thickness. All process parameters are fully digitized: pancake thickness is steplessly adjustable from 0.2 to 2.0 mm; diameters can be customized between 20 and 45 cm; and the production capacity remains stable at 2,100 pieces per hour. The entire operation-including feeding, monitoring, and collection-requires only a single operator. The machine features a 304 stainless steel body and FDA-certified silicone conveyor belts, having successfully passed the Cypriot Ministry of Agriculture's pre-import food safety inspection for machinery.
Exported concurrently, the planetary mixer belongs to Lerford's industrial-grade series (ranging from 50L to 200L capacity). It features an innovative dual-axis differential planetary trajectory design (with orbital speeds of 6–12 rpm and rotational speeds of 40–180 rpm). This mechanism, combined with titanium alloy wall-scraping paddles (maintaining a clearance of ≤0.3 mm), achieves a 99.9% dead-angle-free mixing efficiency for high-viscosity materials. The mixer has been successfully adapted to process typical local Cypriot recipes-such as hummus, olive spreads, and cheese fillings-and comes standard with a vacuum degassing port (-0.098 MPa), a jacketed temperature control system (-10°C to 120°C), and a variable-frequency explosion-proof motor, thereby meeting Halal production standards. All electrical components are adapted for the 230V/50Hz Mediterranean power grid and come pre-configured with a tri-lingual HMI interface supporting English, Greek, and Chinese.

Underpinning this quality are Lerford's consistently rigorous standards: critical bearings are sourced from Germany's FAG, and temperature sensors from Switzerland's KELLER. Prior to shipment, every unit must successfully pass a 48-hour no-load burn-in test, followed by a 24-hour full-load simulated operational test. The packaging process employs a "five-layer protection" protocol-comprising food-grade VCI anti-rust paper, vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags, EPE cushioning columns, reinforced plywood crates, and specialized steel strapping for maritime transport-to ensure the equipment withstands the rigors of a 30-day ocean voyage.
This successful delivery serves as a microcosm of Lerford's strategic commitment: "R&D based in Zhengzhou, standards aligned with the EU, and service responsive globally." The company has already initiated the establishment of a localized technical service center in Cyprus and plans to launch a joint after-sales service network spanning multiple Central and Eastern European nations within the current year. Moving forward, with "intelligence, sustainability, and compliance" at its core, Lerford will continue to drive more Chinese food machinery onto the global stage, thereby fulfilling its corporate mission to "make the world's kitchens more efficient."
