Recently, a commercial roasting machine from Henan Lerford Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. underwent a thorough pre-shipment inspection and was packed for delivery at our factory. Our technical staff tested and calibrated every function of the machine. The package was wrapped with multiple layers of waterproof PE stretch film, critical electrical parts were individually bubble-wrapped, and finally, a solid, fumigated wooden box was used for packaging. It is now ready for shipment by ocean to Paraguay, where it will be used in a project to establish a local food processor.
This Paraguayan customer primarily processes local snack foods and agricultural products. After comparing various equipment options based on quality, process compatibility, and after-sales support, they ultimately chose to purchase our commercial roasting machine. All parts in contact with materials are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, ensuring even heating and stable operation. It can meet the roasting needs of various materials, including nuts, potato products, spices, and agricultural products. In accordance with export delivery standards, our technical team conducted full-load testing of the wok's heating system, stirring mechanism, and electrical control system before shipment, eliminating all potential problems. We also provided an English-language operation manual, maintenance instructions, and a spare parts kit for easy customer use and maintenance. The packaging is strictly designed for the ocean shipping environment; a thin film protects against sea salt spray and moisture, and the wooden crate is reinforced with cushioning material and securely locked to minimize damage from long-distance sea voyages and collisions.
After shipment, our sales and technical teams will continuously monitor the logistics. Upon arrival at the destination port, we can provide customers with comprehensive technical support, including remote installation guidance, equipment debugging, and operation training, assisting them in quickly setting up the equipment and smoothly putting it into production.
