A comprehensive guide to color sorter operation procedures, every point is important. Let's learn about them together!
Main Interface
The main interface is the primary interface for daily customer operations.
The top title bar, on the left, has an "Engineer" button. Clicking it brings up a password box. Entering the password grants access to the engineer interface (see Figure 5). The right side displays the current operating mode, 666 (mode name).
The bottom taskbar has four buttons: Main Interface - Save - Sorting - Shutdown.
The "Sorting" button controls whether the machine is working. In Figure 1, the status is stopped. When working, the "Sorting" button is green. Clicking the "Sorting" button makes the "Spray Valve" and "Feeding" buttons turn green simultaneously (Figure 2).
The "Feeder" value controls the feeder flow rate, 0-99.
Dust Removal Interval: Dust removal interval, 1-200;
The upper middle section is for sensitivity settings. The "+" and "-" buttons adjust the four sensitivity values in a single row simultaneously.
The two icons on the right are "Mode Selection" and "Common Settings". Clicking the "Mode Selection" button enters the mode selection interface (Figure 4). Clicking the "Common Settings" button enters the common settings interface (Figure 3).

Middle section: Set the single cleaning time, in seconds.
Flow rate correction, range 1-50.
The mode selection interface is shown in Figure 4.1. Each page can save 8 modes. Selecting a different mode and clicking "Load" on the left will display a prompt window (Figure 4.1).
Clicking "Record" on the right will display a prompt window (Figure 4.2). After confirmation, the corresponding parameters will be saved to the storage space.
Figure 4.3 shows the next page of storage.

The engineer's interface is divided into five sections: Section 1 on the left (top) switches the language, and the bottom controls the LED lights; Section 2 in the upper middle section sets the spray valve parameters; Section 3 in the upper right section tests the spray valve, the same as the standard settings interface; Section 5 in the lower right section sets the dust removal time, the same as the standard settings interface; The three buttons on the left in the lower middle section-"Spray Valve," "Feed," and "Camera"-are the same as the home screen; The camera icon button enters the camera algorithm settings interface (Figure 7); the waveform icon button enters the initial settings interface.
Initial settings are used for configuration and pixel division. After activating the "Start Point" and "End Point" buttons, you can set the starting and ending pixels. Clicking the "Record" button in the middle records the data to storage. The white window displays the waveform transmitted from the camera, and R, G, and B buttons switch between waveform channels.
F1 and R1 switch between cameras.
The average value receives data sent from the lower-level device.
Foreground and background settings are used to set the values for the foreground and background respectively.
The camera algorithm settings interface allows you to configure the camera's sorting parameters.
