Recently, a batch of core food processing equipment, including a Lerford 40 extruder, an octagonal seasoning machine, and a sugar coating machine, has completed standardized packaging and compliance inspection and has been shipped from the domestic production base to Thailand. This equipment export will precisely match the capacity upgrading needs of Thai food processing enterprises, injecting new momentum into the large-scale production of puffed foods, snacks, and specialty foods in the region, and further deepening economic and trade cooperation and technological synergy between China and Thailand in the food machinery field.
On February 2, 2026, a complete set of intelligent processing equipment for snack foods-a Lerford 40 extruder, a precision temperature-controlled octagonal seasoning machine, and a high-uniformity rotary sugar coating machine-integrated and delivered by our company, completed final debugging, rust-proof packaging, and container loading, and officially departed from China for Thailand.
This project serves leading snack manufacturers in Thailand and will be used for puffing, flavoring, and sugar coating of local corn and bean substrates, completely replacing their existing imported equipment. Among them:
The Lerford 40 Corn Maize Puffing Machine adopts a modular barrel and an AI temperature and pressure collaborative control system.
The seasoning machine is specially designed for Thai spices (such as fish sauce powder, lime powder, and chili flakes), achieving high-precision flavor addition of ±0.8%, avoiding clumping and local overload.
The sugar coating machine is equipped with a variable frequency atomizing nozzle and infrared online sugar film thickness monitoring, ensuring uniform film formation and stable gloss from natural sugar sources such as coconut sugar and palm sugar, aligning with the Southeast Asian healthy snack trend.
This export marks the first implementation of our integrated "puffing-seasoning-decoration" solution in Thailand, providing a Thai-language operating interface, localized spare parts kits, and remote expert support, helping customers shorten new product launch cycles by 40% and reduce overall energy consumption by 18%.
