The feed mixer has low investment, good effect, low noise, energy saving, and environmental protection. Therefore, it was once used in the process of material mixing and mixing in sand making, salt making, sugar making, and other industries. When the feed mixer is mixing materials, sometimes It will be found that the material on the surface will deviate. What is the reason for this?
The main reason for the deviation is that the excitation force of the two vibration motors is not uniform, resulting in different changes in the amplitudes on both sides. According to the actual production experience and user feedback, the reasons why the feed mixer occurs in this way are summarized as follows:
Due to the uneven excitation force on both sides, the amplitude of the two sides changes to varying degrees.
The rigidity of the frame design is poor, and the movement does not show a translational state, but twists, which will cause the material to deviate.
The stiffness of the four support springs is different, which causes the support surface to appear uneven.
The feeding work on the production site is uneven.
When the feed mixer starts to work, if the stiffness of the support springs is different, the support of the equipment will be unbalanced.
If the excitation force on both sides of the machine is different, the amplitude of the two sides will change to different degrees.
When these problems occur, we can adjust the included angle of the eccentric weight of the vibration motor to the same state, or replace the mesh frame and fix it firmly. For equipment with wide material barrels, a pressurized frame should also be added in the middle part, so that the vibration of the grid and the main machine can be at the same frequency, and similar problems can be solved without self-vibration.
