The spice milling is to be shipped to India by sea to assist local spice, grain and herb deep processing factories to upgrade milling production line.
This claw grinder is our classic best seller, it is made entirely of 304 food-grade stainless steel according to the food safety standards of India. It is based on the principle of dynamic and static claw collision crushing and is suitable for processing most of the popular local raw materials of India, such as spices (cumin, black pepper, turmeric, chili, star anise), grains, herbal medicinal materials, dried fruits.
Several interchangeable screens are included to flexibly change the powder fineness from 20 mesh to 120 mesh to suit the production requirements of seasoning powder, grain meal and herbal powder.
We have made special adjustments to the machine for the local processing condition in India-The thickened wear-resistant claw teeth allow the machine to work continuously for long-time; the motor is suitable for local standard voltage, the dust removing cyclone can be added to minimize dust pollutions in the workshop. The smooth grinding chamber is easy to clean and dismantle to avoid cross-contamination from grease and sugar residue and fully meets local food factory standards.

To avoid damage during long-distance ocean transportation, we adopt complete anti-rust and shockproof export packaging: the whole machine is wrapped with VCI anti-rust film and waterproof bubble film. The main unit is fixed inside an IPPC fumigated wooden case, filled with shock-absorbing materials.
