We just got a 6YL-68 packed up this morning. Actually, been at it since early calibration, no-load test, went over every part, gave it a good clean. All good. No issues.
Package
The guys did a solid job on the wrapping. Took their time with it – multiple layers, good bracing. You know how ocean shipping gets – bumpy roads, forklifts, containers stacked high, hot days, cold nights. We made sure it's not going anywhere inside that crate.

Advantages
This model – we've been making these for a while now. Sells well to smaller outfits. Village mills, mom-and-pop shops, guys running a one-man operation. They like it because it's compact, doesn't give them trouble, gets the oil out, and they don't need to hire someone just to run it. Takes peanuts, rapeseed, soybeans, sunflower, flax, sesame, walnuts – pretty much whatever you throw at it. Can do cold press or hot – cold keeps the flavor, hot squeezes a bit more out. Depends what they're after.

Basic Parameters
Does about 40 kilos an hour. Leave it running all day, and you'll push through a ton. Not too big, not too small – just right for what most of these guys need. Motor's 5.5 kilowatts, pure copper, standard stuff. Solid, doesn't chew through electricity, quiet enough, stays cool even after hours of running. The machine itself weighs 150 kilos. Doesn't take up much floor space – you can drop it into most workshops without moving walls. And it's dead simple – someone who's never touched one can figure it out in a day. The wear parts hold up, so you're not constantly throwing money at replacements.

Customer Characteristics
The client who bought this is in North Africa. Runs a small oil outfit. Their old press was tired – slow, wasteful, and getting harder to keep patched up. They found us online, looked at a few other Chinese suppliers. We just sent them a straight video – machine running, no frills. They came back and asked specifically about olive and sunflower – those grow well over there. So we ran those, filmed the whole thing, and stuck some oil samples in the mail. They told us later nobody else had done that – everyone else just sent brochures. That pretty much sealed it. They said this is their first order, but if they expand, they'll come back to us.
Why Choose Us
Now the packing – we spent a bit more time on this one. Seen too many machines show up with dents or rust, so we went double-layer.
First, wiped everything down – body, motor, press chamber, fittings. Dust off, grease off. Then wrapped it in heavy-duty stretch film, layer after layer, no gaps, right into every corner. That keeps moisture out – no rust, no oxidation. Keeps the paint from getting scratched up too.
Then the crate – custom-built, thick solid wood, sized to fit the wrapped machine tight. Stuffed foam into every gap so nothing can rattle around. No shifting, no banging against the wood. The wrap handles moisture and dust, the crate handles bumps and stacking pressure. Between the two, it's pretty well covered.

Final size – 920 by 390 by 750 millimeters. Solid, but not bulky. Easy to move, easy to load, easy to ship. Freight cost stays reasonable – doesn't eat up container space.
Conclusion
After it lands, we stay in touch. Help with installation, calibration, any questions that come up. That's how we do it – not just sell a machine and walk away. They've already mentioned they might want other stuff later – elevators, filters, fillers – and we told them we've got those too. So this probably won't be the only time we hear from them.
