The customer is a leading Polish fruit and vegetable processing company focusing on deep processing of root crops, including potato, sweet potato, sugar beet and ginger, with also production lines for ready meals and quick frozen foods. Upon reviewing the proposals from other European and domestic equipment manufacturers and testing several peeling machines on site, the customer chose the Lerford dual-head peeling machine.

For a sea voyage of 30 days, the packaging procedure meets the EU export standards:
Apply anti-rust oil on the surface of the metal and cover with thickened waterproof dust-proof plastic film;
High-precision components, such as motors, electrical control boxes and brush arms, are wrapped in individual protective layers with cushioning foam;
The FSB unit is transported in a fumigated, solid wood export crate, which is internally braced with wood to absorb the shock and prevent the components from being shaken or jostled;
The crate is pasted with marking waterproof, lifting and destination etc, and all related customs clearance documents (CE certificate, English operation & maintenance manual, equipments test run video, packing list, CoC, etc.) are ready.
